By request, here's the full WTAF 29 Community Bulletin for October 29th, 1984. (Actually, it was in the wee hours, so I guess it would technically be the morning of the 30th.) While you watch great street scenes and landmarks, learn what was happening in Philadelphia that Halloween weekend, from free horror movies to diabetes education to juggling lessons. (I might, however, have advised Philly senior citizens to be wary of just WHY the Einstein Medical Center was asking for "volunteers"...) No rights held or implied.
